【摘要】 本文包括颞下颌关节紊乱综合征（ＴＭＪＤＳ）１４例（１６侧）手术病例资料。全部病例均有较长时间的严重关节疼痛史。根据术中观察及术后标本病理观察结果，认为此类病例颞下颌关节滑膜炎是确实存在的；并认为ＴＭＪＤＳ滑膜炎是关节内微小创伤所致的继发性滑膜炎，为ＴＭＪＤＳ关节顽固性疼痛的原因之一。更多还原

【Abstract】 Abstract14 cases (16 joints) with temporomandibularJoint dysfunction syndrome (TMJDS) were includedin the present study. All the patients had severe painof the Joint for a long time and the conventional thera-py was not effective. The operative and pathologicalfindings of the 14 cases showed that synovitis sec-ondary to microtrauma of the joint really existed andmight be one of the reasons causing the severe pain ofthe Joint in some patients with TMJDS.更多还原
