【摘要】 应用中药桃仁、虫草菌丝、丹参及松黄等组成的扶正化瘀方，治疗观察肝炎后肝硬化患者４０例，以条件大体一致的４０例患者作为对照，探讨扶正化瘀方对肝炎后肝硬化的治疗作用。结果表明，扶正化瘀方能有效地改善患者的肝功能，显著提高血清白蛋白含量，降低γ－球蛋白；升高呈显著低下的血浆支链氨基酸／芳香族氨基酸的比值，使降低的甲状腺激素Ｔ３／ｒＴ３比值明显上升。调整机体异常的免疫机能，提高周围血中Ｔ细胞ＣＤ３＋、ＣＤ４＋数目、ＣＤ４＋／ＣＤ８＋比值、ＮＫ细胞活性及血清补体Ｃ３含量，降低血清ＩｇＧ、ＩｇＭ含量。使异常增高的血清透明质酸及层粘蛋白含量显著下降。对于肝炎后肝硬化，扶正化瘀方具有良好的治疗作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 This article deals with the effect of Fuzheng Huayu recipe in treating 40 cases of posthepatitis cirrhosis withthe same number of cases as control.The recipe composed of Semen Persicae,Cordyceps Sinensis(Berk)Sace,Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae,Pollen Pini and so on. The treatment apparently increased the amount of serumalbumin and γ-glubulin. There was marked elevation of the ratio of plasma branch chain amino acids to aro-matic amino acid and serum T3 to rT3.It was found that the recipe made adjustment for abnormal immunefunction of patients. It elevated the number of CD3+ and CD4+ T cells,CD4+-CD8+ ratio,activity of NK cellsand amount of serum complement C3 and depressed serum lgG and lgM level in peripheral blood. It also obvi-ously lowered abnormally high serum hyaluronic acid and laminin. Our result suggests that Fuzheng Huayurecipe has a good clinical effect in treating posthepatitis cirrhosis.更多还原
