【摘要】 本组９例蓝趾综合征（ＥＴＳ），９条蓝趾肢和３条对侧肢共有１３段动脉局限性狭窄。血管成形术（ＰＴＡ）成功扩张了８例病人的１０条病肢、１１段狭窄，其中１例对侧病灶扩张不满意。ＰＴＡ后蓝趾肢均作局部溶栓。１例因技术失败仅作局部溶栓。经治疗，９例ＢＴＳ症状立即缓解；临床随访平均２２．３个月，仅未作ＰＴＡ的１例ＢＴＳ复发。同时，１２条间歇性跛行病肢Ｆｏｎｔａｉｎ分级近期均至少改善一级，１０条在随访时仍保持改善。表明ＰＴＡ结合局部溶栓是治疗ＢＴＳ的有效方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper reported 9 patients with blue toe syndrome(BTS).There were all together 13 local arterial stenoses in 9 ipsilateral and 3 contralateral lower limbs. Percutaneous transluminal angioplasty(PTA)was successfully used for 11 stenoses of 10 limbs in 8 cases with the exception of one case in whom dilatation of the arterial stenosis of the contralateral limbwas not satisfactorv, After PTA, local thrombolysis was performed for all ipsilateral limbs except one case due to technical failure,receiving thrombolytic treatment only. After treatment,9 cases of BTS showed immediate relief of symptoms,the mean follow up was 22.3 months.One case of BTS who did not receive PTA had recur-rence of symptoms.11 limbs with intermittent claudication improved at least by one Fontain ’s grade shortly after treatment and remained well at follow up.The authors were of the opinion that PTA in combination with local thrombolysis is an effective method in the treatment of BTS.更多还原
