【摘要】 单纯扇形足仅为５个跖骨头分离，临床症状多较轻微，并发外翻后，跖趾痛加重，不能长距离行走。我们将Ｃａｓｔｅｌｌａｎａ治疗外翻的方法，即第一、二跖骨头间捆绑术与囊、骨赘切除和第一跖趾关节囊成形联合应用于治疗扇形足外翻，经治患者５例９足，平均随访１年４月，全部结果优良。初步体会本方法具有操作简单、疗效可靠、并发症少等优点。更多还原

【Abstract】 AbstractClinically,the simple splayfoot is characterized bysplay metatarsals and the symptoms are generally inild. With the association of hallux valgus , the patients will notbe able to walk longer because of metatarslllgia and bunionpain . The author treated hallux valgus associated withsplayfoot by the combination of the Castellana hallux val-gus procedure,binding between the first and the secondmetatarsal heads ,bunionectomy and capsuloplasty of the first metatarsophalangeal joint .Nine feet operatons wereperformed in 5 patients with an average follow-up of 1.4vears. The results were considered excellent in all of the 9feet operated upon. The procedure is simple and has reli-able results with less complications.更多还原
