【摘要】 自１９９０年８月～１９９２年７月，作为新辅助化疗之一部分，１４例下肢骨肉瘤进行了顺铂或碳铂高温（４２℃～４２．５℃）隔离灌注化疗，同时结合静脉滴注阿霉素，灌注后所有病人疼痛消失，肿块缩小，关节活动度增加。手术后病理检查１３例（９２．９％）反应明显，肿瘤坏死率达９０％以上（ＡｙａｌａＩＩＩ＿Ｂ级），说明本法局部效果非常良好，十分有利于施行保肢手术。更多还原

【Abstract】 AbstractFrom August 1990 to July 1992,as a part of neoadjuvant chemotherapy, 14 patients with stage II_B osteosarcoma in the lower extremities received cisplatinum or carboplatinum hyperthermic ( 42℃ ～42.5℃)isolation perfusion combined with in-travenous doxorubicin administration。All the cas-es showed pain subsidence, tumor mass remission and joint motion improvement.After surgery 13 cases were classified as “ good responder”patho-logically with more than 90%tumor cell necrosis(Ayala,s stage III_B ).The authors held that the measure was proved to be very effective and it pro-vided many advantages for limb salvage surgery.更多还原
