【摘要】 解剖了８２只成年人手标本的静脉，并在手术显微镜下观察了１０只手静脉瓣的分布情况。发现手掌侧深静脉较伴行动脉细的多，其管径仅及其伴行动脉管径的１／３—１／４。指背静脉粗大，分布也恒定。断指再植没有适宜的动脉供吻接时可用指背静脉代替。手背静脉有静脉弓和静脉网两主型。手背静脉、掌背静脉和指背静脉均可见静脉瓣，主要分布于静脉汇合口的稍远侧，以利于静脉血回流。介绍二例手外伤患者，将拇指指背静脉同桡动脉吻合，使拇指再植获得成功。更多还原

【Abstract】 Abstract Dissection of the venous svstem of the han d was donein 82 adult hand specimens. In 10 hands,the distributionof the venous valves were also observed under surgical mi-croscope. The palmar deep veins of the hand were fou ndmuch smaller than their arterial comitantes,with diame-ters varying between 1/3-1/4 of their arterial comitantes.The dorsal veins of the fingers were very thick and con-stant in distribution.These are the vessels to be anasto-mosed during replantation of a severed finger when no ap-propriate artery is available. Two types of veins were rec-ognized over the dorsal of the hand,namely the dorsal ve-nous arch and the dorsal venous network.The venousvalves were seen in the dorsal veins of the hand,palm,and the fingers;All the venous valves were mainly dis-tributed over the distal part of the venous confluence tobene fit drainage of venous blood. Two cases of hand in-jury treated by anastomosis between the dorsal veins of thethumb and radial artery resulted a successful replanta-tion of the thumb.更多还原
