【摘要】 作者报告一种在受区没有可供吻合血管的情况下，采用桥式交叉方式吻合血管进行游离组织移植的显微外科技术。自１９８２年５月～１９９２年３月共进行了４５例手术。平均术后４３天切断皮桥，移植组织全部成活。４１例经６个月以上随访，修复后上肢功能得到改善，下肢均恢复负重功能，血管供区肢体未发生供血不足。更多还原

【Abstract】 AbstractThe a u thors reported a microsurgical technique ofcross-bridged vascular anastomosis for free tissue trans-plantation when no vessels are available for anastomosis in the recipient site. From May 1982 to March 1992,this procedure was performed in 4 5 Cases.
