【摘要】 从１９５８～１９９０年，治疗１２３例原发骶骨肿瘤，病变包括良性肿瘤３１例，脊索瘤５０例，骨巨细胞瘤２９例，高恶肿瘤１３例。病灶位于Ｓ＿３以上者８５例，Ｓ＿３以下者３８例。全骶骨切除１６例，次全骶骨切除２７例，包括１７例复发的再手术共进行手术１４４次。６例死于术中或术后并发症。１３８次手术成功。随诊９８例，平均随诊时间５．９年。８７例治愈参加原工作；７例有大小便功能障碍和足踝无力；４例因复发和肺转移死亡。作者强调对高恶肿瘤以外的骶骨肿瘤应积极进行外科治疗。更多还原

【Abstract】 AbstractFrom 1958 through 1990,123 patients with primarysacral tumor were treated surgically.The lesions consistedof benign tunnors（3 1 patients）such as neurofibroma,chordoma（50）,giant cell tumors（29）,and malignantgrowths（13）.Eighty-five patients sustained destructionof S_1～3vertebrae,and 38 had the neogrowth below S₃.Atotal of 14 4 operations including 16 total and 27 subtotalexcision of the sacrum.as well as 17 for recurrent tumorsin 123 cases were DerfOrmed.Six operations for primarytumors resulted in 3 intraoperative and 3 postoperativedeaths.Thus,138 surgical attempts were stood by the patients. Ninety-eight patients were followed upwith an av-erage period of 5.9 years.87 patients showed good func-tional results and resumed normal life and work ,whereas ufinary incontinence,constipation and weakness of ankles and feet eecurred in 7;4 patients died from local recur-rence and pulmonary metastasis. The factors conducive tosurgical success were stressed.Authors conclude that withthe exception of frank malignancy,surgery shoukl be ad-vised and actively adopted for primary sacral tumors.更多还原
