【Abstract】 AbstractOut of 492 operations since 1983,for pro-lapsed lumbar intervertebral discs,68 were secp-mdary revision procedures, 40 of the 68 cases hadtheir initial surgery in other hospitals,The 28 caseswith recurrent lesions whicch were treated in thishospital accounted for 5.8%of the total number ofthese reoperated cases extended for 18 years, re-vealed excellent and good results in 73. 50%Amongthe causal factors of the reoperative procedures,there 45 cases of recurrent lesions, 9 cases of resid-ual disc tissue left unremoved during the initialsurgery, 7 cases of spinal stenosis, 4 cases of nerveroot injuries,and 3 cases of dural sacdeficit and ad-hesion of cauda equina,The authors emphasized theprevention of some of the iatrogenic factors.更多还原
