【摘要】 以股骨髁间骨折纵向重叠、髁间分离和远端后倾三种主要移位方式研制的调节固定器和膝功能架，经４年来３０例临床实践，取得了较满意的效果，平均随访２４．１月，疗效优良率为８５．７％，膝活动度平均为１１１．４￣０。本装置的优越性：①可以多方向、多部位进行应力调节，起到骨折的牵引、撬拨和扣挤作用。②固定可靠，能有效地控制骨折的多向移位。③利用膝功能架，为病人创造了早期主动和被动活动膝关节的条件。④调节固定器只有４～６个经皮穿针眼，避免了外固定器穿针过多，伤害骨干及造成应力遮挡现象。⑤本装置可用于股骨干下１／３和腔骨上、下端骨折，也可连续应用于多个病人，起到一器多用，一器久用的作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 AbstractThe authors designed an adiustable exteranalflxation device for the treatment of intercondylarfracture of the fmur.The results of treatment in 30cases was reviewed.The period of follow up averaged24.1 months giving good and excellent rates in 85.7%and an average range of motion of the knee 111.4 degrees. The advantages of this device are:1.trac-tion force can be applied in multiple directions for thereduction of intercondvlar fractures:2. the fixationis strong enough to prevent potential redisplace-ments;3.early institution of functional exercise ofthe knee is possible;4.the simultaneous use ofwooden splints and pads allows reduced number offixation pins which may produce shielding effect and5. the device is versatile that it can also be used forother fractures around the knee.更多还原
