【摘要】 １９８９年３月至１９９１年３月共收治头颈部肿瘤放疗波及甲状腺者６２例。对其甲状腺功能（ＴＴ＿３、ＴＴ＿４、γＴ＿３、ＴＳＨ）进行了前瞻性研究。发现放疗波及全部甲状腺者放疗后ＴＴ＿３、ＴＴ＿４、γＴ＿３值较放疗前下降明显，Ｐ＜０．０５，差异显著，且２年内有３例发生甲减，其中１例为一过性。放疗仅波及部分甲状腺者，甲状腺功能无明显改变。建议对于头颈部肿瘤患者在行放疗时，应尽可能地保护甲状腺组织，降低甲状腺功能损伤的发生率。更多还原

【Abstract】 AbstractThyroid function(TT3、TT4、γT3、TSH) were determined in 62 patients with head and neckcancer before and after radiotherapy from March 1989 to March 1991.After radiation ,TT3、TT4、γT3 were significantly decreased in those whose thyroid was completely induded in the radiationfield(P<0. 05).Three patients developed clinical and chemical hypothyroidism within 2 years af-ter radiation(one was permanent ). No significant damage of thyroid function was found in pa-tients with thyroid partially irradiated. It is suggested that the thyroid gland be protected to low-er the incidence of thyroid damage when treating head and neck cancer by radiotherapy.更多还原
