【摘要】 我院从１９７４年１月至１９８６年１２月收治的２７５例异咽癌伴颅神经损伤，占鼻咽癌的２８．７％。２７５例中除少数颅神经只引起该神经的单一体征外，其余２３５例，计２５２组颅神经均引起特定的神经系统综合征（海绵窦综合征，眶上裂综合征，眶尖综合征，茎突后间隙综合征）。各组颅神经损伤所致的神经综合征放疗后总有效率８１．７％。茎突后间隙综合征恢复最好，有效率８８．２％。其放疗效果与颅神经放疗前损伤时间有关。更多还原

【Abstract】 AbstractFrom January 1974 through December 1986, 275 NPC patients with cranial nerve paralysiswere treated by radiotherapy. 40 patients had only one single nerve involvement and the rest 235patients had specific syndromes(cavernous sinus, suprior orbital fissure,orbital apex or post-styloid space syndromes) with a total of 252 nerve involvement.The over-all response rate(81.7%), was relevant to the duration of involvement prior to radiotherapy.更多还原
