【摘要】 报告３６３例肢端肥大症的治疗结果。单纯放疗２０５例，手术加放疗１５８例。以治疗前后血浆生长激素变化为疗效判定标准，单纯放疗和手术加放疗的３、５年完全缓解率分别为２４．１％、４７．０％和２９．７％、５４．８％。疗效与剂量有关。复发率为９．１％，４５Ｇｙ以下发发率高。垂体前叶功能低下是最常见的并发症。放疗后生长激素下降缓慢，仍可对组织和器官起作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 AbstractFrom 1954 to 1989, 363 patients with acromegaly were treated by radiotherapy. Of these,205 received radiotherapy alone and 158 , postoperative radiotherapy。 Treatment result was eval-uated on the basis of growth hormone, Complete remission rates of 3-years and 5一years in ra-diotherapy alone group were 24.1%, 47.0%and 29.7%, 54.8%in postoperative radiotherapygroup, respctively。 The results of treatment were related to radiation dose. The recurrence ratewas 9.1%, Hypopituitarism is one of the most common complications. Because of slow decreaseof growth hormone after radiothrapy,it still effects the tissues and organs before growth hormonereturn up to normal level.更多还原
