【摘要】 将２５例正常骨髓标本，经阿糖胞苷（Ａｒａ－ｃ）和柔红霉素（ＤＮＲ）抑制后，再以不同方式给予造血生长因子（ＨＧＦ），即重组人粒一单细胞集落刺激因子（ｒｈＧＭ－ＣＳＦ）和白细胞介素３（ｒｈＩＬ一３）。观察其对骨髓造血功能恢复的影响。结果表明，用ＨＧＦ组骨髓集落形成数量高于不用ＨＧＦ组；在使用化疗药物前后均用ＨＧＦ，骨髓造血功能的恢复能力比仅在化疗药物后用好。提示ＨＧＦ对被细胞毒药物抑制的正常骨髓造血功能有明显的促进作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 AbstractThe effects of a combined treatment with cytosinearabinoside (Ara-c), Daunorubicin (DNR), granu-locyte macrophage colony stimulating factor(GMMSF) and interleukin-3 (IL-3) on hemapoieticprogenitors from 25 morphologically normal bonemairow specimens were evaluatedi meanwhile,the relationship between cytokines and hematopoietic restoration was also investigated after cytotoxic drugstreatment. The results showed that the number of crylony forniing units of granulocyte and macrophage(CFU-GM) was significantiy different between con-trol and cytokine groups after cytotoxic drugspretreatment. The results of this study suggest that thecytokines had definite promoting effect on recovery ofinhibited hemapoietic progenitors and that stimulationwith cytokines before and after cytotoxic drugs treat-ment has better effects on recovery of hematopoieticfonction.更多还原
