【摘要】 用组织化学方法对丹参和１，６二磷酸果糖在视网膜震荡时的治疗作用进行观察，发现外伤后视网膜与糖代谢有关的酶如琥珀酸脱氢酶、苹果酸脱氢酶、乳酸脱氢酶、葡萄糖—６—磷酸脱氢酶、磷酸化酶等活性降低；而应用丹参和１，６二磷酸果糖后上述酶活性保持较高水平，有统计学意义。提示眼球挫伤后可以引起视网膜糖及能量代谢障碍，这可能与外伤后引起组织缺血缺氧有关，而丹参和１，６二磷酸果糖对这种损伤有明显的治疗效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 In this paper, the curative effects of radix salviae miltiorrhiza and fructose 1,6 diphosphate glucose on concussed retina were observed by the histochemical method. It wes found that the activities of enzymes related to sugar metabolism in retina, such as SDH LDH G6PD and phosphorylase were lower, but after the redix salviae miltiorrhiza and fructose 1,6 diphosphate glucose were administered the activities of the above enzymes were increased to a higher level, showing statistcal signifiance. This result suggested that metabolic disorder of suger and energy caused by anemia and anoxia occured in retina after eyeball was bruised. Radix salviae miltiorrhiza and fructose 1,6 diphosphate have a significant curative effect for such concussion.更多还原
