Gd2O3-UO2芯块的均匀性及微观结构研究
HOMOGENEITY AND MICROSTRUCTURE STUDY OF Gd2O3-UO2 PELLETS
【摘要】 用光学显微镜、X射线波谱仪和能谱仪、扫描电镜-图像处理、X射线衍射仪和图像分析仪分析了不同条件制备的0~10wt%Gd2O3-UO2芯块的微观结构、Gd2O3在芯块中的分布均匀性、固溶体点阵常数,计算出了理论密度。研究了Gd2O3粉末颗粒大小和含量、混料方式、烧结温度和时间、烧结气氛与Gd2O3-UO2芯块的微观结构和Gd2O3分布均匀性的关系。
【Abstract】 The microstructure of Gd2O3-UC)2 pellets (0~10 wt%) prepared in differ- ent conditions, the homogeneity distribution of Gd2O3 in the pellets and the lattice parameter of solid solution are studied by metalloscope, WDS, EDAX, SEM-image processing system,XRD and image analyzer. The theoretical density has been calculated. The effect of size and content of Gd2O3 particles, the blend process, the sintering temperature and time, and the sintering atmosphere on the microstructure of Gd2O3 pellets and the homogeneity of Gd2O3 in the pellets are studied.
