放射性示踪研究体内硒结合蛋氨酸的转运和滞留

【摘要】 75Se结合蛋氨酸作示踪,设计用整体测量装置探讨在摄入机体时的全身转运和滞留动态,得出滞留方程。进而运用脏器水平放射自显影和微观水平放射自显影,尤其是荧增敏放射自显影研究了75Se结合蛋氨酸在脏器和细胞水平的转运和滞留特性,观察到75Se结合蛋氨酸的蓄积放射性活度依次为胰腺,肝脏,甲状腺,以及骨骼和和骨髓,而在毛发中仅见痕量。从而提供了硒结合蛋氨酸在体内不同水平滞留和作用过程的依据。

【Abstract】 The dynamic of the whole body transference and retention in rats after iv 75Se-methionine was determined by whole body counting. The retention can be expressed by a three-component equation. The transference and retention of 75Se-methionine in organs and cells were observed by fluorescence-sensitized autoradiography method. The results show that after iv 75Se-methionine in rats the order of radioactivity accumulated in organ is pancreas,liver,thyroid,skeleton and bone marrow, and only a trace is found in hair.
