【Abstract】 Carabbean pine is one of the fast-growing conifers planted in south China. In order to evaluate its pulping potential and select suitable pulping process and conditions, the mechanisms of kraft and MSS-AQ pulping of Carabbean pine have been studied and the comparison of one-stage and two-stage kraft cooking has been carried out. Fiber morphology,chemical components and physical properties of the pulp have been tested. The results indicate that Carabbean pine is a good fiber resource and kraft process is more suitable for it.更多还原
