【Abstract】 he results show that both aerosol and injection of shuanghuanglian can increase. the activity of NK cells in pe-ripheral blood of the human body as well as the ability of lymphocyte to produce α-interferon. Their broad-spectrumantiseptic and virus-inhibiting actions have also been confirmed.The absolute bioavailability of aerosol was 96.88%(baicalin) and 90. 69% (chlorogeniacid).The significant response rate of aerosol and injection was 84% and 83% re-spectively.
