【摘要】 五子衍宗丸（１～２ｇ／ｋｇ，ｉｇ）能明显防止乙醇性肝损伤大鼠模型的血清总胆固醇的降低及血清和肝内甘油三酯的升高，肝脂变及肝组织坏死明显减轻（ｐ＜０．０５～０．０１）。结果提示纠正肝内脂质，特别是甘油三酯的代谢紊乱，是五子衍宗力防治酒精性脂肪肝的主要作用机理。更多还原

【Abstract】 xperiments showed that in the rat model of alcohol-induced liver injury,a dosage of the pills (1～2g/kg,is)could increase the cholesterol level,lower the triglyceride level,and improve the fatty degeneration and necrosis ofliver(P<0. 05～0. 01 ). The results suggest that the important mechanism of the pills in protecting and treatingalcoholic fatty liver,lies in the regulation of metaholism of the lipid,especially of the triglyceride.更多还原
