【Abstract】 This paper reports 6 cases of inflammatory pseudotumor of the liver in children. The age of the patients varied from 4 to 13 years. Four of the patients were male and two female. They presented with intermittent fever, abdominal pain and mass. Well defined space-occupying lesions in the liver were displayed by imaging techniques. All the six cases were clinically considered to be malignant. Patho-histologically, all these cases showed inflammatory proliferative mass of the liver. The development of this disease might be associated with immune reaction, occlu-sive phlebitis and non-bacteria infection. Surgical operation is the main treatment of choice.更多还原
