【摘要】 应用流式细胞术结合细胞免疫荧光技术对胃癌、非典型增生、肠化生、浅表性胃炎及正常胃粘膜组织进行了ras基因产物P²¹蛋白的定量及定性研究.P²¹含量及P¹²阳性细胞百分率以胃癌最高,非典型增生及肠化生P¹²表达也增高,均与浅表性胃炎及正常胃粘膜有显著差异（P<0.001）.提示胃癌前病变时ras基因已经开始活化,其蛋白产物P¹²过度表达.更多还原

【Abstract】 This study was undertaken to determine P21 expression in 63 cases of gastric carcinoma, atypical hyperplasia, intestinal metaplasia, superficial gastritis and 3 normal gastric mucosa by using flow cytometric analysis and cellular im-munofluorescence assay. The results showed that the expression of P21 protein was significantly higher in gastric cancer than in benign gastric lesion. Enhanced expression of ras P21 was also observed in atypical hyperplasia and intestinal metaplasia. It was suggested that enhanced ras P21 expression may be involved in the early stages of gastric carcinogenesis.更多还原
