应用ESR法探讨自由基与胃癌关系的初步研究
Tumor Concentration of Free Radicals and Its Relationship with Development of Gastric Cancer
【摘要】 本文采用电子顺磁波谱技术(Electron Spin Resonance,ESR),测定了20例胃癌组织中的自由基浓度.结果,癌浸润至浅肌层的病例为16×1010spins/mg,比对照组(5.6×1010spins/mg)明显升高,P<0.01.癌浸润深肌层以远时为 2.5×1010spins/mg,比对照组明显降低,P<0.05.三组间方差分析,P<0.01.无淋巴结转移为14.9×1010spins/mg,比有淋巴结转移(4.85×1010spins/mg)升高,P<0.01.癌灶较小(<40.0mm)时为15.7×1010spins/mg,小癌灶比大癌灶(>40.0mm)(2.9×1010spins/mg)升高,P<0.01.高分化癌为10.50×1010spins/mg,低分化癌为4.4×1010spins/mg,P>0.05.自由基浓度在不同病理类型癌之间的差别,无统计学意义.
【Abstract】 The concentration of free radicals in tumor tissue from 20 patients with stomach cancer were determined using electron spin resonance (ESR) technique. The results showed that in instances when tumor infiltrated the superficial muscular layer, the concentration of free radicals was much higher than those of the normal (16. 00×1010 spins/mg vs 5. 60× 1010 spins/mg, P<0. 01), and that when tumor infiltrated the deeper muscular layers or beyond the concentration of free radicals became much lower as compared with the normal(2. 50×1010 spins/mg vs 5. 60×1010 spins/mg, P<0. 05). Comparing all the three groups, the p value was less than 0. 01. There was also significant statistical difference between cancers with and without lymphnode metastasis (4. 85 × 1010 spins/mg vs 14. 90 × 1010 spins/mg, P<0. 01). and between smaller and bigger sized cancers (15. 70 × 1010 spins/mg vs 2. 90 × 1010 spins/mg, P<0. 01). However, there were no statistical difference between cancers with higher and lower differentiation nor in between different histologic types.
