【摘要】 作者收集了自1960年~1990年间经病理证实为口腔粘膜原发性恶黑22例。发现此瘤好发于腭部(13例,59%)。病期以4~8个月为最多(16例,72%)。病变区伴有牡膜黑斑者18例(82%)。局部淋巴结转移者9例(40%)。本组病例在治疗前均作了活检。18例施行病灶部位广泛扩大切除,其中11例行选择性颈淋巴清除术。术后5年生存率达55%。所以对此瘤传统上认为恶性度极高的肿瘤患者亦应积极采取正确治疗,仍可获得令人满意的效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 Of 22 cases of primary melanoma in the oral mucosa encounered 59% (13/22) occurred in the palate and regional lymphatic metastasis developed in 40% of them. The postoperative 5-year survival rate was 55% in the 18 cases who underwent extensive resection. It is concluded that despite the malacious biologic behavior of this tumor prognosis could be bettered by aggressive surgical treatment.更多还原
