【摘要】 报道恶性滋养细胞肿瘤合并脑转移8例.静脉化疗合并⁶⁰Co全脑照射4例,3例脑转移瘤完全消失,随访至少1年未见复发,另1例照射后4个月死于肺转移.静脉化疗合并鞘内注射2例,1例无效死亡,1例脑转移瘤缩小,随访1年半仍带瘤存活.1例仅行静脉化疗者无效死亡.因此,恶性滋养细胞肿瘤合并脑转移行全脑照射同时静脉化疗,方法简便,效果较好.更多还原

【Abstract】 Eight patients with cerebral metastasis of malignant trophoblastic tumor were treated. Sys-temic chemotherapy combined with60 C0 whoie brain irradiation was applied to 4 patients in whom the metastatic brain lesions disappeared in 3 cases for more than 1 year .while the other one died of lung metastasis in 4 months. Of the two cases treated with systemic chemotherapy in addition to intrathecal injection of MTX one made no response and another survived for 18 months with reduction in size of the brain metastasis. One patient who was treated with systemic chemotherapy alone died soon without effect. Therefore,brain metastasis of malignant trophoblastic tumor might be effectively treated with whole brain radiotherapy combined with systemic chemotherapy更多还原
