【Abstract】 Since November 1991 ,the defect after radical resection of cardiac carcinoma was bridged by a pedicled free segment of jejunum with valve formation in order to preclude from occurrence of reflux esophagitis. Postoperatively all the five patients were examined by barium meal,and gastrofiberscopy and pH value was tested. The results showed that a good passage and dam function of the newly cardia-mimic valved jejunum could be achieved and the pH values of the juice above and below the new cardia-mimic interpose bowel were different. This means that the new cardia-mimic valve is effective in terms of prevention of relux esophagitis.更多还原
