【摘要】 采用随机公开交叉试验比较沙丁胺醇控释片（Ｖｏｌｍａｘ）和茶碱缓释片（Ｔｈｅｅｄｕｒ）对２９例支气管哮喘患者的作用及副作用。结果：Ｖｏｆｍａｘ及Ｔｈｅｅｄｕｒ均能显著改善，哮喘患者的肺通气功能（ＦＶＣ，ＦＥＶ１，ＰＥＦ），降低２４ｈＰＥＦＲ，两组比较无显著差异（Ｐ＞０．０５）。治疗期间二组之晨、夜ＰＥＦＲ，症状计分，无症状天数及气雾剂用量亦无显著差异。而Ｖｏｌｍａｘ的副反应远较Ｔｈｅｅｄｕｒ少而轻，且无需测定血药浓度，更易被患者接受，因此临床治疗中沙丁胺醇控释片更具优越性。更多还原

【Abstract】 he efficacy and side effects of salbutamol controlled release tablet(SCR. Volmax 8 mg、bid X 14 days)was comparedwith slow release theophylline tablet(SRT,Theodur 0.2～0.3g,bid × 14days)in an open, ramdomized, crossover study of29 bronchial asthmatics(17～64 yrs).The dose of SRT for each patients was titrated such that the plasma concentrationswere in the range 10～2Omg/L,The results showed that FEV1 ,FVC ,PEF increased significantly, and 24 hours PEF vari-able rate decreased significantly in both SCR group and SRT group after treatment ( all P<0.05).There were no significantlydifference between SCR group and SRT group in FEV1 .FVC ,and PEF before and after treatment( all P>0.05).And no sig-nificantlv difference found between these two groups in diurnal PEFR、symptom scores,symptorn-free davs and additional in-haled bronchodilator usage during treatment period ( all P> 0.05).Side effects were much less and slight in SCR group com-pared With SRT group.
