【Abstract】 RP-HPLC method was described for the analysis of the concentration of Cephradine in serum. A 6%HCLO4 solutionwas used as protein precipitant, methanol 0.02mol/L ammonium acetate( 25: 75 ) pH4～5 as mobile phase. The detectionwavelenggth was 254nm. The internal standard was Theophylline.
