风化煤黄腐酸物质对氧自由基作用的研究
Effects of fulvic substances of Beijing weathered coal on oxygen freeradicals
【摘要】 利用焦性没食子酸自氧化产生O,分析黄腐酸物质对此自由基的影响;用芳香环化合物的羟化实验检测黄腐醚物质对·ON的清除能力。结果表明它们对O作用较弱,但能显著抑制Fenton试剂对水杨酸的羟化,并有剂量依赖性,其铜络合物的抑制作用更强。它们对H_2O_2无明显影响,又非有力的螯合剂。故此抑制作用是它们清除·OH的结果。
【Abstract】 Fulvic substance of Beijing weathered coal is an antiinflammatory agent and anti-lipid peroxidative agent.Its ability of scavenging oxygen free radicals was detected in our experi-ments. The effect of fulvic substance on superoxide anion radical(O)was observed by assay ofthe autoxidation of pyrogallol and the effects of fulvic substances on hydroxyl radical(·OH)byassay of hydroxylation of aromatic cornpounds. The results have shown that formation of dihy-droxybenzoate in Fenton reagent is inhibited by fulvic substances and its inhibiting level dependson doses. Copper fulvate excels sodium fulvate verv much in inhibition on hydroxylation. Fulvicsubstance makes no effects on H2O2 and is not a chelate for metal ion. Its inmhtion on salicylatehydroxylation is due to scavenging the hydroxyl radical in the reactive mixture. Its effects on O are not considerable.
