【摘要】 复方芫花注射液由草乌和芫花组成，经药理实验和临床应用表明，草乌对芫花引产有协同作用。该药中芫花、草乌含量分别为０．２，１．２ｇ／ｍｌ，引产剂量０．５ｍｌ／胎，成功率９９．９％，胎死率１００％，引产时间２６±１５ｈ／胎。该药无毒副作用，无引产并发症，且草乌具有解热镇痛作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 The extracts of Flos Genkwa and Radix Aconiti were studied pharmacologicall and yexperimentally. It was effective after combination of 1. 2g/ml Radix Aconiti with Flos Genkwa injection in inducing labor. The compound injection reduced the original dosage from 0. 4±0.1g/ fetus to 0. 1g/fetus. The rate of success in inducing labor was up to 99. 9%, whereas the death rate of the fetus was 100%. The time requried for the process was 26±15h/fetus. This injection was free of the poison in Radix Aconiti and also complications caused by Flos Genkwa. No aller-. gic cases were found. This injection was evident in relieving fever and pain and is ideal for terminating pregnancy in the secod trimester.更多还原
