【摘要】 依据病害症状不同，将我国芝麻病毒病划分为三种类型：黄花叶型、普通花叶型和混合型（皱缩花叶、黄化）。黄花叶和普通花叶病毒病广泛发生在湖北、河南芝麻产区和北京密云芝麻零星种植区。混合型病害仅１９９０年在本所农场局部地块发现。采用酶联免疫血清试验方法，检测１５２个黄花叶样品，与花生条纹病毒抗血清阳性反应率８３．６％，４４个普通花叶样品，与芜菁花叶病毒抗血清阳性反应率６１．４％。更多还原

【Abstract】 Three types of sesame virus diseases were observed during the surveys conducted in Hubei, Jiangxi, Henan and Anhui four provinces and Beijing from 1990 to 1992.Sesame yellow mosaic and common mosaic caused by peanut stripe virus (PStV )and Turnip Mosaic Virus (TuMV ), respectively, widely occured in the sesame growing areas in Hubei,Henan and Beijing. The disease characterized with crinkle mosaic and yellowing of the leaves was only observed in a sesame field on the institute’s farm in 1990,which is caused by a plant virus with spherical particles. of 152 yellow mosaic disease samples tested 127 had positive reaction with PStV antiserum by ELISA test. of 44 common mosaic disease samples tested 27 had positive reaction with TuMV antiserum.更多还原
