齐卡兔的产肉性能及部分品种特征的测定

【摘要】 对齐卡配套系兔产肉性能及部分品种特性的测定,显示该兔具备良好的产肉性能。在三个品系(G、N、Z)中,G、N系兔产肉量和板皮厚度优于Z系。成年G、N兔全净膛屠宰率54%~55%,肉骨比6.3~6.8:1,胴体长45.5厘米。G、N系兔板皮重量占胴体的32%以上。4月龄N、Z系兔屠宰率48%左右,肉骨比5.26~5。79:1,胴体长36厘米。G系兔外貌最大特点为耳长大(16~18厘米),宽8~9厘米,体长45~60厘米,头围大(18~23.5厘米)。N系兔耳长11.6~13厘宋,耳宽6.6~7厘米,头围18~22厘米,体长41~50厘米。Z系头型、体躯清秀,头围17~20厘米,体长41~48.5厘米。三个品系染色体核型都为2n=44条,Ag-NOR定位于13、16、20、21号染色体上,Ag-NOR均数分别为G系4.03、N系1.95、Z系2.98。

【Abstract】 The meat production and some other species traitS of ZIKA arbbits were presented inthis study.Among the three strains(G,N and Z),the carcass percent of the adult G and Nstrains was 54%~55%;and the ratio of meat:bone was 6.3~6.8:1;the length of theircarcass was 46~50cm.For the Z strain,carcass percent was 50%and ratio of meat:bone 5.63:1,Carcass length 45.5cm.The carcass percent of N and Z rabbits at 4 month was about48%,ratio of meat:bone was5.3~5.8 and carcass length 36 cm.The results showed thatthe rabbits were good meat producer.The leather weight accounted for over 32%of their carcass for G and N strains.Theleather quality of G and Z was higher than that of Z strain.The G strain was characterizedwith big ears(16~18cm long and 8~9cm wide).It had 45~60cm body length and a bighead(18~23.5cm cycle length).The ear length of N strain was 11.6~13cm and its widthwas 6.6~7cm,head cycle 18~22cm and body length 41~50cm。The outside of head andbody of Z strain was clear,with a head cycle 17~20cm and body length 41~48.5cm.The chromosome of the three strains was 2n=44,Ag-NORs located at 13,16,20 and21 on their chromosornes.The Ag-NORs averaged 4.03,1.95 and 2.98 respectively for G,N and Z strains.
