【摘要】 本文报告１３４例使用免疫金银染色法的检查结果，并对免疫金银染色法在病理诊断中的应用从方法到结果进行了讨论。本研究采用间接免疫金银染色法和直接免疫金银染色法。结果表明，几种单克隆抗体阳性反应总是与其来源的病变组织相联系，抗细胞角蛋白抗体阳性见于角化性疾病和鳞状细胞癌；抗五羟色胺抗体阳性见于一例胃炎癌伴未分化癌。基于本法方法简单，特异性强，敏感性高，作者提出可用于基层医院以提高病理诊断水平。更多还原

【Abstract】 The results of examination with immunogold-silver staining(IGSS) in 134cases were reported in this paper. The discussions had been performed from the methods to the results in the aPPlication or the pathological diagnosis with IGSS.The study had been carried out with indirect IGSS and direct IGSS.The results indicated that a positive reaction of a few monoclone antibody was associated with its affected tissue of origin, the positive reaction of the cytokeratin antibody was found in the keratose disease and the squamous cell carcinoma, and the positive reaction of the 5-hydroxytryptamine antibody was found in the gastric carcinoid with anaplastic diffentiate carcinoma.On the basis of the simplicity,specificity and the sensitivity of this method,it is concluded that the level of the pathological diagnosis could increase in the basic hospitals.更多还原
