【Abstract】 A sensitive and simplified high ferformance liquid chromatographic proced ure has been developed to determine chlorphenamine and pse udoepherine in syr up used for the treatment of cold. The recoveries are 99. 43%and 9 9.64%。 Paracetamol was used as internal standard and the detector wavelength was 210 nm. The method can also be used in the determination of the concentration of chlorphenamine and pseudoepherine of other complex formulations.更多还原
