【摘要】 采用眼外肌延长术联合拮抗肌折叠术矫正大角度外斜视３０例，证实眼外肌延长术能使肌张力以最大限度放松，达到外直肌后徒１０～１２ｍｍ的效果，在矫正大角度斜视中起良好作用，且可减少肌折叠长度，避免用力牵拉眼肌所致眼心反射。治疗良好率达８６．６６％。是一种简单、快速、安全、有效的手术方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Abstract The technic of myoctomy combined with tucking ofextraocular muscle gives the excellent correction effect in 30cases with concomitant exotropia,the myotomy can relaxthe tension of muscie to a maximum degree equals to the10～12mm recession of lateral rectus.Such a procedure of ef-fective correction in a large angle extropia,reduce thelength of tucking avoid oculocardiac reflex caused by exces-sive pull of extraocular muscle.The effective rate achieve to86.66% by this method.The good result suggests that it is asimplc,safe and effeetive surgical method.更多还原
