【Abstract】 Using transmission electron microscopy and scanning electron microscopy, expression of fimbriae of pathogenic strains of Escherichia coli cultured on the nutrient broth,improved Martin broth or MacConkey agar and adhesion of that on cilium of tracheal epithelium of chiccken embryos were observed.Fimbriae of E. coli 078, 036, 049 on improved Martin broth and MacConkey agar at 37℃ for 72 hours were well expressed and the E. coli possessed of fimbriae can firmly adhere to the cilium of tracheal epithelium of chicken embryos.更多还原
