【摘要】 本试验主要从红细胞凝集谱、凝集解脱情况以及血凝性的影响因素几方面对本室分离的ＥＤＳ－ＢＨ９１毒株和ＥＤＳ－７６ＡＶ１２７毒株进行了比较系统的测定．试验结果表明：两毒株均能凝集鸡、鸭、鹅的红细胞，而且２４小时内无解脱现象；对兔红细胞呈可疑；对人、奶牛、绵羊、猪、小鼠、驴的红细胞不能凝集。血凝反应的最适温度为３７℃；最适红细胞浓度为１％；分别以ｐＨ７．４．浓度为０．ｏ１、０．０４、０．１、０．２Ｍ以及浓度为０．ｏ１Ｍ，ｐＨ为５．８、６．８、７．４和８．０的ＰＢＳ作为稀释液进行血凝试验．其血凝滴度无显著差异；０．０５～０．３％的甲醛溶液４℃下处理病毒７２小时以及反复冻融病毒５次，其处理前后的血凝性均无显著差异。８０℃１０分钟就可以破坏病毒血凝性，而５６℃作用１小时对病毒血凝性无影响。０．１２５～０．５００％的胰酶对血凝性的影响不明显；病毒对氯仿不敏感，属于无囊膜病毒。更多还原

【Abstract】 Abstract The Hemagglutination spectrum of some animal erythrocytes agglutination dissociation and influent factors of EDS-BH9,were studied and compared with EDS-76AV127 systematically in this article.The results showed that the EDS-BH91 strain could agglutinate the erythrocytes of Chicken,duck and goose,meanwhile,there was no agglutination dissociation appear within 24 hoars. It was suspicious for rabbit,It cant agglutionate the erythrocytes of human, dairy cattle, sheep, pig, mouse and donkey.The results showed that the best agglutination temperature was 37℃ and the best erythrocyte concentration was 1%.There was no difference among 0.01, 0.04, 0.1, 0.2M PBS as diluent at pH7.4 and there were no difference among PH5.8, 6.8, 7.4 and 8.0 as a diluent at 0.01M PBS. There were no difference when the EDS-BH91 was treated whether with 0. 05～0. 3% for matin within 72 hours at 4℃ or with0. 125～0. 500% trypein and was frozen and melted 5 times,It could destroy the hemagglutination property when the EDS-BH91 was treated at 80℃ in 10 minutes.It couldnt influence the hemaedatination when the EDS-BH91 was treated at 56℃ in 1 hours. The EDS-BH91 was not sensitive to chloroform.更多还原
