【摘要】 马立克氏病二价疫苗（Ｚ４＋Ｆｃ－１２６）是一种需在液氮中保存的细胞结合性疫苗．试验表明，疫苗在液氮中保存一年对效价没有影响．疫苗从液氮中取出后，用３７℃温水融化对疫苗病毒的损失最小．根据疫苗在１８种稀释液中的稳定性试验结果，选出一种（５％肉汤－ＳＰＧ）作为疫苗的指定稀释液．用该稀释液稀释的疫苗在使用过程中，存放在冰浴上（０℃）能最好地维持疫苗的稳定性．更多还原

【Abstract】 The bivalent vaccine of Marek’s disease is a cell associated vaccine which have to be preserved in liquid nitrogen.The valent of the vaccine preserved in liquid nitrogen for one year is not affected by lower temperature.37℃ water bath was the but way to to the tham the vaccine.According stability of vaccine preserved in 18 kinds of different dilution,the 5% Broth-SPG was the best dilution and was recommended.Vaccine diluted by Broth-SPG can be kept in ice-water bath to maintain a good stability.更多还原
