【Abstract】 In order to prevent and control fowl cholera effectively caused by various serotypes Pas-teurella multocida ,a virulent Pasteurella multocida strain of poultry origin was selected to prepare inactivated oil adjuvant vaccine throrgh avian embryo propagation. The field tests showed that poultry got immunity 7-9days after inoculation,and the protective rate was above 80%,as challenged by homologous or heterollogous virulent Pasteurella multocida of poultry origin. Duration of immunity showed to be not less than 4 months and the expiry date of the prepared bacterin preserved at room temperature was more than half a year.更多还原
