【摘要】 根据西方研究，军团菌广泛分布于天然淡水水域及室内供水系统。我国尚无有关专题调查资料。本文作者从山西１１个县市采集不同性质水样３６份，进行军团菌分离培养。１０份天然水样中，２份分离到嗜肺军团菌血清群５各１株，１份分离出米克戴德军团菌１株，２份分离出未能鉴定的军团菌样菌各１株，３份接种豚鼠后动物全部发病，表现符合军团茵感染，但因故未能作满意的分离培养。２６份室内管道水样军团菌分离培养无一阳性。更多还原

【Abstract】 According to the surveys in the west,legionellae are ubiquitous in natural freshwater environments and bavn been recovered from a variety of domestic water supply systems.However,no data of this subject has been publi5hed in China yet. The authors of this article collected 36 water samples with different nature from 11 counties and cities of Shanxi Province for the isolation of Legionella,Two strains of L. pneumophila serogroup 5,one strain of L,micdadei and two strains of undefined Legionella-like organism were isolated from 5 of 10 samples taken from the natural water sources respectiv ely.The guinea pigs inoculated with another 3 freshwater specimens all showed the symptoms of Legionella infection,but the isolating procedures failed to be carried out properly,Negative results wereobtained from a total of 26 samples taken from the domestic water systems.更多还原
