糖尿病并发弓形虫感染的初步研究
A preliminary study on toxoplasma gondii infection in diabetics
【摘要】 本文用ＩＨＡ、ＩＦＡ、Ｄｏｔ－ＥＬＩＳＡ三种血清学方法检测３２０例糖尿病病人血清的弓形虫抗体，阳性率分别是１０．３１％、１８．１３％和１９．０６％。均高于对照组（Ｐ＜０．００５），这是糖尿病患者并发弓形虫感染的首次报告。
【Abstract】 The sera of 320 diabetic patients were tested by IHA,IFA and Dot-ELISA for toxoplasma antibodies. The positive rate was 10.31%(33/320)in IHA,18.13%(58/320)in IFA,and 19.06%(61/320)in Dot-ELISA,They are all obviously higher than the control group(P<0.005).This is the first report on diabetic patients associated with toxoplasma infection.
