【摘要】 应用彩色多谱勒检测６０例Ⅱ型糖尿病患者的视网膜中央动、静脉血流状况。２／３无视网膜病变的糖尿病人已出现动脉收缩期峰值血流速度（ＰＳＶ）、加速度（Ａ）、舒张末期血流最大速度（ＥＤＶ）显著下降（分别是Ｐ＜０．０５、０．００１，０．００１）。背景型视网膜病变者，静脉回流速度显著增快（Ｐ＜０．０１）。结果表明：Ⅱ型糖尿病临床视网膜病变前期已有视网膜血流动力学的显著改变。更多还原

【Abstract】 Blood flow of the central retinal artery (CRA) and the central retinal vein(CRV) was measured in 60 NIDDM patients with colour Doppler imaging,It was found that in two-third of the patients without diabetic retinopathy,the arterial peak systolic velocity (PSV),the acceleration(A)and the end-diastolic velocity(EDV)decreased significantly (P<0.05,0.001,0.001respectively).In the patients with background retinopathy,the venous return velocity increased strikingly(P<0.01).The results indicated that there were significant haemodynamic changes of retinal blood flow before appearance of clinical diabetic retinopathy.更多还原
