【摘要】 报道ＥＬＩＳＡ竞争法检测人血清胰岛素与人胎胰组织培养液内胰岛素含量，应用自制的胰岛素抗体，豚鼠ＩｇＧ抗体及酶标记胰岛素。本方法可检测的范围是５～４８６０ｐｍｏｌ／Ｌ，非特异性结合ＯＤ＜０．０４，方法回收率为１０６％，批内ＣＶ５．９％，批间ＣＶ７．４％。３０例正常人空腹血清胰岛素均值４５ｐｍｏｌ／Ｌ，与放射免疫分析法比较，其相关系数ｒ＝０．９６７３。更多还原

【Abstract】 Abstract The results of assay of human serum insulin and insulin contents in the culturing media of human fetal islet tissue by ELISA method using selfprepared anti-insulin antibodies,anti guinea pig IgG antibodies and enzyme-labelled insulin. Showed the extent of assayable,insulin ranged from 5～4860 pmol/L,with nonspecific binding of OD<0.04,and recoveryrate was 106%, The intra-and inter-assay coefficient of variation(CV)were 5.9% and 7.5% respectively,The mean value of fasting serum insulin of 30 normal individuals was 4.5 pmol/L,comparing with the results of insulin assay by RIA,the correlation coefficient r=0.9673.更多还原
