糖尿病患者红细胞膜磷脂成分与Na~+-K~+-ATP酶活性的变化
Changes of phospholipid composition and Na ̄+-K ̄+-ATPase activity in erythrocyte membrane from NIDDM patients
【摘要】 探讨了NIDDM患者红细胞膜磷脂成分与Na+-K+-ATP酶活性的变化。结果:NIDDM患者红细胞膜甘油磷脂及神经鞘磷脂显著降低,溶血磷脂酰胆碱显著增高;红细胞膜Na+-K+-ATP酶及Mg++-ATP酶活性降低,且红细胞膜磷脂成分改变与酶活性降低显著相关。提示NIDDM患者红细胞膜磷脂成分改变对膜Na+-K+-ATP酶与Mg++-ATP酶活性有明显影响,并且它们都可能参与糖尿病视网膜病变的发生。
【Abstract】 Changes of phospholipid composition and Na+-K+-ATPase activity in erythrocyte membrane were studied in NIDDM patients.The results showed that there were significant decrease of glycerophospholipids,and sphingomyelin and a significant increase of lysophosphatidyl choline,while activities of erythrocyte membrane Na+-K+-ATPase and Mg++-ATP ase were significantly lowered in diabetics as compared with normal controls.The changes of phospholipid composition in erythrocyte membrane were well correlated with activities of ervthrocvte membrane Na+=K+-ATPase and Mg++-ATPase.These suggested that the changes of phospholipid composition in erythrocyte membrane may have a marked effect on the activities of erythrocyte membrane Na+-K+-ATPase and Mg++-ATP ase,which may be involved in the pathogenesis of diabetic retinopathy.
