【摘要】 本文对无明显诱因,确诊为胎膜早破的50例孕妇,以同期入院的正常单胎待产妇50例和未婚未孕妇女54例为对照,同时测定血清中 Zn、Cu、Ca、Cu/Zn 值。结果表明:孕晚期妇女血清 Cu、Cu/Zn值明显升高。但正常待产妇与胎膜早破孕妇的 Zn、Cu、Ca、Cu/Zn 值的差异却无统计学意义。因此本组资料尚不支持胎膜早破与血清中 Zn、Cu、Ca 含量有因果关系的观点。更多还原

【Abstract】 We have studied 50 cases pregnant women who suffered from premature rupture of membrane with- out obvious predisposing cause.In this study,50 nor- mal pregnant women who admitted into the hospital during the same period and 54 unmarried women acted as control grtoup.The serum Zn,Cu,Ca and Cu/Zn values were measured in all eases.The results showed that the serum Cu and Cu/Zn values were obviously increased in advanced stage pregnant women,but the difference between the serum Zn,Cu,Ca and Cu/Zn values of normal pregnant women and those of the pa- tients who suffered from premature rupture of mem- brane was not obvious.Thus,the results of our study did not support the viewpoint that the premature rup- true of membrane is associated with serum Zn,Cu and Ca level.更多还原
