灌服二巯基丁二酸对小鼠210铅和203汞的促排和分布影响
Effect of dimercaptosuccinic acid per os on distribution and excretion of 210Pb and 203Hg in mice
【摘要】 小鼠ip Na—DMS,ig DMSA,ig DMSA加NaHCO3或加Na-citrate。24h尿210Pb排出分别为对照组的3.4,3.8,3.6,3.0倍,24h尿210Hg排出分别为对照组的2.4,2.3,3.3,2.7倍,但粪210Pb和203Hg排出无明显增加,能降低组织中210Pb和203Hg的含量,但肾210Pb则明显增加。结果证明ig DMSA驱210Pb和203Hg的作用肯定,其疗效和ip Na-DMS相近。
【Abstract】 Sodium dimercaptosuccinate (Na-DMS) ip 1 g·kg-1, dimercaptosuccinic acid (DMSA) ig 1 g·kg-1, DMSA ig 1 g·kg-1 with NaHCO3 or Na-citrate ig 3 g·kg-1 was given to mice, separately. It enhanced the excretion of 210Pb in urine about 3.4, 3. 8, 3. 6, and 2. 3 times vs control, respectively - within 2 4 h . It enhanced the excretion of 203Hg in urine about 2.4, 2.3, 3.3, and 2. 7 times, respectively within 24 h. Fecal excretion was not significantly elevated vs control. Tissue radioactivities showed a remarkable decrease in the levels of 210Pb and 203Hg in most organs, but DMSA increase the 210Pb content in kidney. The therapeutic effect of ig DMSA was similar to that of ip sodium dimercaptosuccinate.
