【摘要】 随着人工心脏起搏器植入研究的发展，起搏器植入的适应证也不断扩展，我们植入的起搏器５７例为右心室起搏，３例为房室顺序起搏，２例为右心室心起搏及频率反应性起搏。有２例出现合并症，１例为术后３天电极脱位；１例起搏器外露，经再次植入起搏良好。急性心肌梗死患者若有植入起搏器指征时．要根据梗死部位来抉择植入的时间。更多还原

【Abstract】 The implanting cardiac pacemaker and indication for implanting cardiac pacemaker have been developed.The pacemaker is used not only to save patients’ lives but also to raise the quality of life.Among 52 cases implanted pacemakers were 50 cases with VVI,one with DDD and one with VVIR. The complications occurred in two cases with one case whose ventricular electrode moved and another with pacemaker extrusion.The pacemaker worked well after reimplanted.The time for implantation should be decided according to the sites of infarction in patients of acute myocardial infarction with indications for implanting pacemaker.Author’s address:China-Japan Friendship Hospital,100029更多还原
