【摘要】 人工全膝关节置换术术后进行康复活动，旨在增进肌力，防止粘连，增加关节活动度，进而最大限度地改善膝关节功能，对于术前长时间丧失直立行走功能的病人，还必须重建站立行走功能。康复活动是否恰当，直接影响手术效果。为此我们制订了一整套的人工全膝关节置换术术后康复常规，其主要内容包括康复前的评价、肌力训练、活动度训练和体力恢复训练。自１９９２年１月以来在我院试用于３３例人工全膝关节置换术术后病人（４８膝），获得良好的临床效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 With effeetive postoperative rehabilitation,total knee patients might gain muscle strength,prevent adhesion of the joint,and improve joint function. For those who had been bed ridden for a long time,restoration of standing and walking ability is another mandatory aim of postoperative rehabilitation, In other、words, postoperative rehabilitation plays an important role on the outcome of total knee arthroplasty.A set of routine for total knee patients was set up in this center,which includes pre-exercise evaluation,muscle exercise,ROM exercise and strengthening exercise,From January l991,33 total knee patients entered the program.
