苎麻细菌化学联合脱胶废水的污染机理研究

【摘要】 对苎麻细菌化学联合脱胶工艺的投入与产出,脱胶过程中有机物的变化以及脱胶后工艺废水污染物的状态进行了系统研究。研究结果表明,脱胶废水中污染物主要来自生苎麻和工艺投料;细菌脱胶过程消耗了部分有机物,废水中还原性糖含量为零;以胶质为培养基繁殖的微生物用于处理综合废水效果较好。

【Abstract】 The input and output of the ramie degumming technique by combining bacteria and chemical mcthod, the variance of organic meterials during the degumming process,and the state of waste were studied systematically. It shows that the pollution of ramie degumming waste comes from raw ramie fibre and technique input.Some organic meterials can be comsumed in bacteria degumming phase.The content of reductional carbohydrate is zero in bacteria degumm ing waste.A good result can be got in controlling the complex tvaste from whole process of ramie degumming with bacteria grown in the process by using ramie gum as cultural medium.
