代森锰锌和ND-901中代森锰锌在大棚黄瓜上残留动态的研究

【摘要】 采用顶空气相色谱(GLC-HS)分析技术测定了代森锰锌、ND-901中代森锰锌在大棚黄瓜上的残留动态。喷施70%代森锰锌可湿性粉剂的500倍、250倍药液,测出黄瓜上原始沉积量分别为0.88~2.70mg/kg、1.11~3.79mg/kg;半衰期为1.6~9.5天、2.3~10.9天。黄瓜叶片上原始沉积量分别为148.01~164.08mg/kg、246.26~254.51mg/k;半衰期为15.8~16.2、18.4天。ND-901中代森锰锌的残留量均低于单剂。另外,自来水去污处理可有效地减少瓜上代森锰锌的残留量,平均去污率87%。

【Abstract】 The residual dynamics of mancozeb and mancozeb in ND-901 in plastic house cucumbers by a headspace chromatography were presented.When 0.2% and 0.4% mancozeb 70 WP were applied in a plastic house,the mancozeb residues on cucumber were 0.88-2.70mg/kg and 1.11~3.79mg/kg:on the leaves were 148.01~164.08mg/kg and 246.26~254.51mg/kg on hour 1 respectively.The half-lifes of mancozeb were 1.6~9.5 and 2.3~10.9 days On the fruits;15.8~16.2 and 18.4 days on the leaves respectively.Mancozeb in ND-901 residue was lower than its individual.The cucumbers were washed to reduce mancozeb residues effectively by tap water,the average decontamination was 87%.
